The following facts need to be repeated right here, right now and by me:

What do you see when you look behind?

What do you see when you look ahead?

While remembering your past and visualizing your future, do you find yourself feeling happy or sad, loved or hated, alive or dead?

What can one do in this lifetime?

Find good companions on your path through this universe; they are your support at all times in this long journey.

Life is paved with your own thoughts and deeds, so be the ruler of your life! Know that your ideas change your life: the stream of consciousness is changed by your neural activity and therefore changes your way of thinking...meaning your life changes with one thought; they were right: “it is all in your head “!

Let your brain wires spread for millions of miles because you are your connectome! Try and wear the “good helmet”: protect yourself from your past mistakes by detecting the key problem; don’t get caught up in the same maze, don’t become a perpetual victim, don’t end up hurt in that same old scenario...

Be aware of your persona at all times, live in this very moment called present, think and speak clearly, don’t assume you know best but do your own very best!

Know where you are, what you do and how you do it. Share your knowledge with others, improve your existence every day, grow, evolve and love your life. This is what makes us superior to other species.

Know your cells, know that we are love!

Wicked people are in fact trouble people caught up in their egotism, living in a perpetual nightmare. We are all getting older, uglier and Jah knows what else; however, deviation to the evil side is not the answer - it would only nurture the dark side of this world. Since without darkness there would be no light, I see it as a matter of choice...where and how do you want to spend your life: living the dream or the nightmare.

People living discontented lives tend to try and drag others into their dreadful pit of despair: I for one am not fooling around - if you think you can abuse me like you abuse others and like you yourself must have been abused, then you are wrong; though I am calm on the out site, you will meet my inner wrath and suffer the consequences of your foolish provoke. You will become a victim of your own mischief: everyone will see your true colours, abandon you and laugh from the distance. You will end up alone because no one likes an abuser.

Don’t waste your time with self pity and regret; don’t indulge in bad company, addictions or isolation, rise from your sadness and live life again!

Do not get over things but move on to other better things. We cannot change others; they need to genuinely want to change themselves. Change comes from within and not from the outside. Hoping and waiting for salvation is puerile - you shape your own destiny, you are unbreakable, a diamond in the rough! Polish your diamond, make it shine!
